THOMAS G. CAREY
Thomas Carey is an architect, real estate developer, broker
and contractor and has over 30 years of experience in real
estate development and management. As a general contractor
and developer Mr. Carey's construction projects have included
both residential and commercial developments. He has built
condominiums, planned unit developments, apartments, retail,
office and industrial space.

TEF KUTAY "In Loving Remembrance" January 22, 1920 - January 7, 2004
Tef Kutay was an architect and one of the founding stockholder/directors
and former managing executive vice president of Daniel, Mann, Johnson
& Mendenhall. Mr. Kutay brought 35 years of development experience to
Carey & Kutay Development Group. Mr. Kutay's education included multiple
degrees from such prestigious institutions such as the University of California,
Berkeley, California - B.A., University of California, Berkeley, California - M.A.
in Architecture and Columbia University, New York City, New York - Graduate
Studies in Housing and Planning.

KAREN SIBLEY CAREY
Karen Carey is a Certified Public Accountant with 19 years of real estate
accounting and consulting experience, both in the public and private sectors.
Ms. Carey started her career with E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group
where she worked for 12 years and was subsequently Controller for a large
real estate developer for 3 years. As an owner and participant in several real
estate entities, Ms. Carey is the Chief Financial Officer and is involved in all
operational aspects including management, marketing and business development.
Ms. Carey graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of
Business Administration in Accounting.

JALE KUTAY
Jale Kutay has her Bachelor's Degree in Business from Long Beach State as
well as an MBA from University Of California, Irvine. She has over 20 years
experience in business applications for the banking and financial sector, as
well as having spent several years consulting for the Japan America Society and the International Visitors Council in Los Angeles. Ms. Kutay is President of K.T. Enterprises Inc. KTE is a partner in several California limited partnerships. Some of the active partnerships include:Ocean Beach Investors, L.P. - a seven story, 115,000 sq. ft. office building in Long Beach, CA. KSH Enterprises, L.P. - an industrial warehouse, 190,000 sq. ft., in Pomona, CA. Ocean Beach Associates, L.P. - a retail property, 25,000 sq. ft., in San Francisco, CA. As part of the Carey & Kutay Development Group, Ms. Kutay manages special projects where her administrative and business experience proves invaluable.

ROBERT W. HAZELTON
Robert Hazelton is mainly involved with business development, project design, marketing and project management. Prior to joining Carey & Kutay Development Group, he spent 10 years in the entertainment industry in marketing, artist development and as a personal manager. He graduated from Emerson College in Boston, MA earning his Bachelor Of Science, Communication in 1992 and went on to earn his UCLA Extension credentials in the Recording Industry in 1994.
