	MANAGING PRINCIPALS The Managing Principals of CKD have extensive real estate development and finance experience. Thomas Carey, co-owner of TGC Real Estate Inc, is an architect, broker and general contractor and has over 30 years of experience in real estate development and management. Karen Carey is a certified public accountant with over 20 years specializing in real estate finance and accounting. Tef Kutay, owner of K.T. Enterprises Inc, is an architect and one of the founding stockholder/directors and former managing executive vice president of Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhal.
