CKD will limit its exposure in the development entitlement phase by focusing on infill projects with applicable zoning already in place.

- In-House General Contractor - Thomas Carey Construction, Inc. is a general construction and construction management company. As a general contractor for over 30 years, Mr. Carey's construction projects have included both residential and commercial developments. The value of projects Mr. Carey has built exceeds $160 million, which included 500 residential units (condominiums, planned unit developments, and apartments) and approximately 1 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space.
