THOMAS G. CAREY, GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Thomas Carey is an architect, real estate developer, broker and contractor
and has over 30 years of experience in real estate development and management.
As a general contractor and developer Mr. Carey's construction projects
have included both residential and commercial developments. He has built
condominiums, planned unit developments, apartments, retail, office and
industrial space. Mr. Carey brings his contemporary style to his projects
and takes great care to involve himself in the interior design, look and
feel of all the projects he builds and develops.
KAREN
SIBLEY CAREY, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Karen
Carey is a Certified Public Accountant with 19 years of real estate accounting
and consulting experience, both in the public and private sectors. Ms.
Carey started her career with E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group
where she worked for 12 years and was subsequently Controller for a large
real estate developer for 3 years. As an owner and participant in several
real estate entities, Ms. Carey is the Chief Financial Officer and is
involved in all operational aspects including management, marketing and
business development. Ms. Carey graduated from The University of Texas
at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
BOB
VAN DYKE, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Bob Van Dyke has over 20 years experience in construction management.
Past projects have included commercial, residential and industrial developments
mainly in the Los Angeles area and the City of Beverly Hills.
RUSSELL
BENJAMIN , JOB SITE SUPERINTENDENT CONSULTANT
Russell
Benjamin has over fifteen years experience in construction and provides
on site construction management for Thomas Carey Construction. Also acting
as customer service representative, Russell works closely with buyers
to finish their condominiums with a high attention to detail.
ROBERT
W. HAZELTON, PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Robert Hazelton graduated from Emerson College in Boston, MA earning his
Bachelor Of Science, Communication in 1992. He has mulitple degrees including
a Certificate in the Recording Industry from UCLA Extension as well as
an Associate of Arts Degree from Platt College in Pasadena. Robert works
closely with the development, construction and customer service, acting
as project coordinator on all of Carey & Kutay's current projects.
